# CCampus vs Nook

The clearest difference is review sentiment: CCampus at 100% against Nook's 50%. CCampus also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). Nook's advantage is ratings volume (9 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CCampus holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nook has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of CCampus's written reviews are positive against 50% of Nook's.

CCampus ships an update weekly, Nook monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
