# Anecnote vs Nag Me

The clearest difference is update cadence: Nag Me at every 5 days against Anecnote's monthly. Anecnote's advantage is iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Anecnote sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Nag Me sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Anecnote ships an update monthly, Nag Me every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
