# 3ms vs CarTVPro

The clearest difference is update cadence: CarTVPro at every 3 days against 3ms's every 8 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 3ms sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per year and CarTVPro sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

3ms ships an update every 8 days, CarTVPro every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
