# AA Coaching vs Stepies

The clearest difference is update cadence: Stepies at every 3 days against AA Coaching's every 4 weeks. AA Coaching's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AA Coaching sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $150.00 per month and Stepies sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AA Coaching ships an update every 4 weeks, Stepies every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
