# Vida Connect vs posting2

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Vida Connect at none against posting2's 8. posting2's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and ratings volume (410 vs 12). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. posting2 sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Vida Connect asks for nothing beyond the download.

posting2 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: posting2 has 410 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Vida Connect's written reviews are positive against 99% of posting2's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Vida Connect ships an update weekly, posting2 every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
