Diagnosica
Read full descriptionHide full description
Diagnosica is an AI patient simulator for USMLE, OSCE and UKMLA practice, made for medical students and doctors in training. Talk to a video patient, order tests, make the diagnosis and get scored. Free to start. It plays like a clinical case game: a quick case takes two minutes, a full case about 15 to 20. A simulated patient on video tells you only what you ask. You take the history, order the tests you'd really order and read the scans yourself, then commit to a diagnosis and a plan. HOW IT WORKS • Full case: history, investigations, diagnosis and management, then a scorecard showing what you missed and why it mattered. • Rapid case: a full case against the clock, with room for only a few questions and one or two tests. • Quick case: one line from the patient, a few clues, name the diagnosis. It takes about two minutes and keeps your streak going. • Stuck? Spend a hint to get nudged toward the next step. • Real imaging and ECG tracings you can zoom into and read yourself. LEVELS, GAMES AND STREAKS • A guided journey of short levels: quick cases, games and full cases. Each level opens the next, and the later levels pick tasks for your weakest skill. • Games that train one skill at a time: buy clues and name the diagnosis, rank a differential as facts arrive, or read a patient's lab report. • A daily streak and a weekly league, so two minutes a day still counts. FREE TO START Play quick cases and full cases without an account. A free account adds your full scorecard, your streak and weekly league, and voice mode for taking the history out loud. Standard swaps the weekly free allowance for a much larger monthly one. WHO IT'S FOR Medical students on clinical rotations, interns, residents and foundation doctors. Use it to practice for the USMLE Step 2 CK, shelf exams and OSCEs (or the UKMLA, PLAB and MRCP PACES in the UK), and to get sharper at history taking, differential diagnosis and presenting on ward rounds. Not affiliated with or endorsed by any exam body. IMPORTANT Diagnosica is for education and training only. Every patient, lab result and scenario is simulated. The imaging and ECG tracings are real, from de-identified teaching cases. It must never be used in the care of a real person. Diagnosica is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
