# Inner Glow vs Split

The clearest difference is update cadence: Split at weekly against Inner Glow's every 4 months. Split also leads on ratings volume (527 vs 2). Inner Glow's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and review sentiment (100% vs 87%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Inner Glow sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $22.00 per month and Split sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Inner Glow holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Split has 527 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of Inner Glow's written reviews are positive against 87% of Split's.

Inner Glow ships an update every 4 months, Split weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
