# Elevator Crowd vs Crayon Sort!

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Elevator Crowd at none against Crayon Sort!'s 14. Elevator Crowd also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 75%). Crayon Sort!'s advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Crayon Sort! sells 14 one-off in-app purchases. Elevator Crowd asks for nothing beyond the download.

Crayon Sort! holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Crayon Sort! has 145 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Elevator Crowd's written reviews are positive against 75% of Crayon Sort!'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Elevator Crowd ships an update every 3 weeks, Crayon Sort! every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
