# WTKit vs WhisperCode

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: WhisperCode at none against WTKit's 4. WhisperCode also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs weekly) and chart position (#140 vs unranked). WTKit's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WTKit sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. WhisperCode asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for WTKit against 4.9 for WhisperCode. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WhisperCode has 25 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of WTKit's written reviews are positive against 94% of WhisperCode's.

WTKit ships an update weekly, WhisperCode every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
