# Forge vs Squad75

The clearest difference is update cadence: Squad75 at every 2 days against Forge's fortnightly. Forge's advantage is ratings volume (22 vs 4). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Forge sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Squad75 sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Forge against 4.8 for Squad75. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Forge has 22 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Forge ships an update fortnightly, Squad75 every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
