# VICI vs Baltic Børn

The clearest difference is monetization model: Baltic Børn at free against VICI's free with in-app purchases. VICI's advantage is ratings volume (10K vs 592) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for VICI against 5.0 for Baltic Børn. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VICI has 10K ratings behind it against 592, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 95% of VICI's written reviews are positive against 80% of Baltic Børn's.

VICI ships an update every 6 days, Baltic Børn every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
