# LocknLearn vs Tempus

The clearest difference is update cadence: Tempus at every 4 days against LocknLearn's weekly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LocknLearn sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and Tempus sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LocknLearn ships an update weekly, Tempus every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
