# Virtual Number vs SecureKey

The clearest difference is ads: Virtual Number at none against SecureKey's shown. Virtual Number also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). SecureKey's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Virtual Number sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and SecureKey sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Virtual Number ships an update every 2 months, SecureKey every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and September 25, 2026 respectively.
