# Floom vs Task&Log

The clearest difference is update cadence: Task&Log at every 2 weeks against Floom's every 12 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Floom sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Task&Log sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Floom ships an update every 12 months, Task&Log every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
