# The TEA App vs Notopia Notes

The clearest difference is update cadence: Notopia Notes at every 2 days against The TEA App's fortnightly. The TEA App's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. The TEA App sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month and Notopia Notes sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

The TEA App ships an update fortnightly, Notopia Notes every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
