# AskSia vs Flashka

The clearest difference is rating: Flashka at 4.8 against AskSia's 4.1. Flashka also leads on ratings volume (391 vs 66). AskSia's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AskSia sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and Flashka sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Flashka holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flashka has 391 ratings behind it against 66, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 84% of AskSia's written reviews are positive against 80% of Flashka's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

AskSia ships an update weekly, Flashka fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 28, 2026.
