# Bacteria vs SAPPER

The clearest difference is update cadence: SAPPER at every 4 days against Bacteria's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bacteria sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and SAPPER sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Bacteria ships an update every 3 weeks, SAPPER every 4 days. Both last shipped on October 28, 2026.
