# Ayewam vs DietLink

The clearest difference is update cadence: DietLink at every 9 days against Ayewam's monthly. DietLink also leads on iOS requirement (15.5 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ayewam sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and DietLink sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ayewam ships an update monthly, DietLink every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
