# ISA Exam Prep vs BCMA Flashcards

The clearest difference is monetization model: BCMA Flashcards at free with in-app purchases against ISA Exam Prep's subscription. ISA Exam Prep's advantage is update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 9 months). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ISA Exam Prep sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and BCMA Flashcards sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for ISA Exam Prep against 5.0 for BCMA Flashcards. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 5 respectively.

ISA Exam Prep ships an update every 4 weeks, BCMA Flashcards every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
