# Heartfelt vs FocusCheck

The clearest difference is update cadence: Heartfelt at weekly against FocusCheck's monthly. Heartfelt also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Heartfelt sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days and FocusCheck sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Heartfelt ships an update weekly, FocusCheck monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
