# Talgia vs Pecra

The clearest difference is monetization model: Talgia at free with in-app purchases against Pecra's subscription. Pecra's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 6 weeks) and ratings volume (1.2K vs 12). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Talgia sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Pecra sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.3 for Talgia against 4.4 for Pecra. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pecra has 1.2K ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Talgia ships an update every 6 weeks, Pecra every 6 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
