# MyHistory vs Testora

The clearest difference is ads: MyHistory at none against Testora's shown. MyHistory also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.2 vs 17). Testora's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.3) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MyHistory sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Testora sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Testora holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 244 and 351 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 32% of MyHistory's written reviews are positive against 26% of Testora's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MyHistory ships an update every 2 months, Testora every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
