# Note vs AutoNote

The clearest difference is ads: AutoNote at none against Note's shown. AutoNote also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 months). Note's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Note sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and AutoNote sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Note ships an update every 3 months, AutoNote every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on September 17, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
