# SuperNote vs Transcribr

The clearest difference is rating: Transcribr at 4.0 against SuperNote's 3.0. SuperNote's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly) and ratings volume (4 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SuperNote sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Transcribr sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.00 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SuperNote ships an update every 4 days, Transcribr fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
