ForSwim

Your swim sessions, written by a coach, not generated by an AI. ForSwim prepares your plan before you get in the water. You set your goal, your level and how often you swim: the app gives you full sessions, with the gear you actually have, up to 5 sessions a week. Pool, triathlon, open water, diploma prep. Not sure what to do in your lane? Each session is split into warm-up, main set and swim-down, with a coach tip. When a stroke breaks down, you start from the mistake, head too high, hips sinking, breathing falling apart, and the card gives you the goal, the cue and what to avoid. The app is free to download. The full plan opens with a 7-day trial that needs a card, then €8.99/month with no commitment or €69.99/year. Cancel in Settings, then Apple ID, then Subscriptions. One-to-one coaching is available as an option, outside the subscription. WHAT YOU GET IN THE APP • A plan set to your goal, your level and your date • Readable sessions: warm-up, main set, swim-down, coach tip • Swim school: the 4 strokes and the parts you do not swim • A drill library: you start from a mistake, the card gives you the fix • Your pace: your T100 sets the send-off times, and the plan adjusts after you log the session • Export to your watch, print, share • One-to-one coaching as an option, outside the subscription ForSwim is not a medical device and does not diagnose anything. Open water: never swim alone.
