# Gym Note Plus vs SweatWords

The clearest difference is rating: SweatWords at 5.0 against Gym Note Plus's 4.8. Gym Note Plus's advantage is ratings volume (17 vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gym Note Plus sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and SweatWords sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SweatWords holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gym Note Plus has 17 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Gym Note Plus ships an update every 5 days, SweatWords every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
