# Gym Note Plus vs Inner Voice AI

The clearest difference is rating: Inner Voice AI at 5.0 against Gym Note Plus's 4.8. Inner Voice AI also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 days). Gym Note Plus's advantage is ratings volume (17 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gym Note Plus sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Inner Voice AI sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Inner Voice AI holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gym Note Plus has 17 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Gym Note Plus ships an update every 5 days, Inner Voice AI every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
