The numbers and symbols modes follow similar clustering principles, making character selection more intuitive and faster. One of jKey's most advanced features is its integration with Apple Intelligence for contextual word suggestions. On compatible devices running iOS 26 or later, the keyboard leverages Apple's on-device language model to provide intelligent word completions and next-word predictions. For older devices or when Apple Intelligence is unavailable, jKey automatically falls back to traditional suggestion methods using UILexicon and other iOS APIs. Each profile adjusts layout, theme, key size, spacing, haptics, and typing behavior so the keyboard can better match the way you type. You can also fine-tune the keyboard manually with high-contrast themes, dark and light modes, larger keys, optional borders, alphabetical and simplified layouts, auto-capitalization, double-space periods, key popups, and delete repeat speed. The keyboard is privacy-first. Full Access is used so local profile, layout, and sizing preferences can be shared between the app and keyboard extension. Typed content is not sent to a server by this app.
