# Train Tracker Pro vs RailOn

The clearest difference is rating: RailOn at 5.0 against Train Tracker Pro's 4.2. RailOn also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and device support (4 vs 1). Train Tracker Pro's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Train Tracker Pro sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. RailOn asks for nothing beyond the download.

RailOn holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Train Tracker Pro has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
