# Chaplet vs Intercession

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Chaplet at none against Intercession's 9. Chaplet also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks) and ratings volume (28 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Intercession sells 9 one-off in-app purchases. Chaplet asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Chaplet against 5.0 for Intercession. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Chaplet has 28 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Chaplet ships an update every 5 days, Intercession every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
