# CalFix vs Macroh

The clearest difference is rating: CalFix at 4.6 against Macroh's 3.6. CalFix also leads on ratings volume (382 vs 5). Macroh's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CalFix sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Macroh sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CalFix holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CalFix has 382 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 65% of CalFix's written reviews are positive against 67% of Macroh's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

CalFix ships an update every 2 weeks, Macroh every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
