# thmanyah vs Barq Box

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Barq Box at 100% against thmanyah's 18%. Barq Box also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 4). thmanyah's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly) and ratings volume (1.3K vs 8). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. thmanyah sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Barq Box asks for nothing beyond the download.

thmanyah holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: thmanyah has 1.3K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 18% of thmanyah's written reviews are positive against 100% of Barq Box's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

thmanyah ships an update every 5 days, Barq Box monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
