# Flippr vs BacklogForge

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: BacklogForge at none against Flippr's 23. BacklogForge also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Flippr's advantage is ratings volume (1.9K vs 1). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flippr sells 23 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. BacklogForge asks for nothing beyond the download.

BacklogForge holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flippr has 1.9K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
