# Swizz vs SmartNote AI

The clearest difference is ads: Swizz at none against SmartNote AI's shown. SmartNote AI's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Swizz sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and SmartNote AI sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Swizz ships an update every 2 months, SmartNote AI every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
