# FlexDay vs Loosen

The clearest difference is update cadence: Loosen at every 5 days against FlexDay's every 6 weeks. Loosen also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FlexDay sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $14.99 per year and Loosen sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FlexDay ships an update every 6 weeks, Loosen every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
