# ShiftMate vs GigTracker

The clearest difference is update cadence: GigTracker at every 6 days against ShiftMate's every 2 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ShiftMate sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $10.00 per month and GigTracker sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
