# Deep Work vs strivu

The clearest difference is update cadence: strivu at every 6 days against Deep Work's every 7 months. Deep Work's advantage is iOS requirement (16.6 vs 26.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Deep Work sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and strivu sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Deep Work ships an update every 7 months, strivu every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
