# Cappy vs Nomino

The clearest difference is update cadence: Cappy at fortnightly against Nomino's every 2 months. Cappy also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cappy sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and Nomino sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Cappy ships an update fortnightly, Nomino every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
