# Shadowborn Legacy vs Doodlekeep

The clearest difference is update cadence: Doodlekeep at every 2 days against Shadowborn Legacy's every 5 weeks. Shadowborn Legacy's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Shadowborn Legacy sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Doodlekeep sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Shadowborn Legacy ships an update every 5 weeks, Doodlekeep every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
