# TheMug vs Terragrid

The clearest difference is ads: Terragrid at none against TheMug's shown. TheMug's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.6). On price, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TheMug sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month and Terragrid sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
