# Myotrek vs INNODIGYM

The clearest difference is update cadence: INNODIGYM at every 3 weeks against Myotrek's every 6 months. INNODIGYM also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Myotrek ships an update every 6 months, INNODIGYM every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
