# Notice Yourself vs Reflct

The clearest difference is update cadence: Reflct at every 5 days against Notice Yourself's fortnightly. Reflct also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Notice Yourself sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Reflct sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Notice Yourself ships an update fortnightly, Reflct every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and September 20, 2026 respectively.
