# ReconPad vs AppPreviewCut

The clearest difference is update cadence: AppPreviewCut at every 3 days against ReconPad's fortnightly. ReconPad's advantage is chart position (#200 vs unranked) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 26.0). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ReconPad sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and AppPreviewCut sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 3 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for ReconPad against 5.0 for AppPreviewCut. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 1 respectively.

ReconPad ships an update fortnightly, AppPreviewCut every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
