# Genethics vs NEO

The clearest difference is ads: Genethics at none against NEO's shown. Genethics also leads on update cadence (daily vs every 2 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Genethics sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and NEO sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Genethics ships an update daily, NEO every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
