# DurableVI vs Roots

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Roots at 15.6 against DurableVI's 18.2. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DurableVI sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $14.99 per month and Roots sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $10.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
