# Really Puzzling vs Phantom Match

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Really Puzzling at 100% against Phantom Match's 30%. Really Puzzling also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and ads (none vs shown). Phantom Match's advantage is ratings volume (1.1K vs 2) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Really Puzzling sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Phantom Match sells 20 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Really Puzzling holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Phantom Match has 1.1K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of Really Puzzling's written reviews are positive against 30% of Phantom Match's.

Really Puzzling ships an update every 4 weeks, Phantom Match every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
