# SOA vs AZ

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: SOA at none against AZ's 1. AZ's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AZ sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. SOA asks for nothing beyond the download.

SOA ships an update every 2 months, AZ fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
