# TapGoose vs Manfredo Run

The clearest difference is update cadence: Manfredo Run at every 2 months against TapGoose's every 11 months. Manfredo Run also leads on iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TapGoose sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Manfredo Run sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TapGoose ships an update every 11 months, Manfredo Run every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
