# Lustory vs PlotFork

The clearest difference is ads: Lustory at none against PlotFork's shown. PlotFork's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lustory sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month and PlotFork sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lustory ships an update every 2 months, PlotFork every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
