# Training Builder vs CronoPat

The clearest difference is update cadence: CronoPat at every 5 days against Training Builder's every 14 months. CronoPat also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Training Builder sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and CronoPat sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Training Builder ships an update every 14 months, CronoPat every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
